What we hold about you and where it came from. Your name, job title, company, work e-mail address and country. These details come from publicly available professional sources, such as business-networking profiles and company websites, compiled by a third-party B2B contact provider.
Why we use it. To introduce event services that are relevant to your role. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in promoting our services to the professionals they concern. We do not use these details for anything else and we do not build profiles about you.
Who else sees it. Our e-mail service provider, Brevo, which is based in the EU and acts only on our instructions. Our team works from Türkiye, which is not covered by an EU or UK adequacy decision.
How long we keep it. We send at most two messages. If you do not reply, your details are deleted within 12 months. If you unsubscribe or ask us to stop, we keep only your e-mail address on a suppression list, so that we never contact you again.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and you can object to these e-mails at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any message, which takes effect immediately, or write to info@bstageevent.com and we will act on it within three working days. It is free. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
