Conference stage production for the Webrazzi summit. The build included a trussed lighting grid, neon brand logo, presentation screen, line array sound with stage monitoring and a countdown display for session timing.
End-of-year celebration for Tüpraş. The production covered branded bar and service points, staffed catering stations and the guest flow through the venue — with sorted waste stations integrated into the layout rather than hidden behind it.
Sunset brand event for Toyota staged directly on the sand. The build covered a freestanding entrance arch, an illuminated DJ booth, line array sound and lighting rigged for an open-air site with no fixed power or rigging points — every element transported, ground-supported and weather-planned.
Open-air stage production for the Lexus "RX ile Müziğin Peşinde" campaign — a live music evening built in a garden setting. BACKSTAGE Event delivered the stage deck, backline, monitor system, illuminated brand logo and the lighting plan for a night-time outdoor performance.
Centenary event for İş Bankası in a heritage venue. The production paired a sculptural three-dimensional "100" installation with corporate-blue lounge furniture, working within a protected interior where fixings and load points were tightly restricted.
Launch event for the new Ford Kuga and Mustang Mach-E in the courtyard of a historic Istanbul venue. BACKSTAGE Event delivered the raised vehicle platforms, illuminated model lettering, façade uplighting and the full technical production — a build designed around a heritage site where drilling and heavy rigging were not permitted.
Brand experience lounge for Esperienza Ferrari. The build turned a plain hall into a branded environment: full-height red wall treatment, prancing horse and wordmark application, a large-format screen wall and modular seating laid out for guest circulation.
Full congress production for the Eurasia Blockchain Summit in Istanbul. The scope ran from the outdoor arrival route and accreditation area through to the main hall: a large-format LED wall, trussed moving head rig, line array sound, press wall and sponsor branding across the venue.
